About the Role I’m partnering with a well-respected accounting and business advisory firm committed to delivering excellence across bookkeeping, BAS/GST lodgments, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and management reporting. They’re searching for a driven Client Service Coordinator to enhance client satisfaction and keep all administrative processes running smoothly. What You’ll Be Doing Acting as the first point of contact for clients, managing inbound communications via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and warmth. Supporting client onboarding. collecting documentation, opening files in practice systems, coordinating initial admin. Assisting with invoicing, billing, and basic reconciliation tasks, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Taking on bookkeeping-related duties, such as data entry, coding, reconciliations, or Xero entry, where your experience will be particularly valuable. Managing appointment schedules, maintaining client records, and keeping internal systems updated. Collaborating across the team, accountants, advisors, and support staff to track deliverables and follow up on outstanding tasks. Assisting in the preparation of management reports through document collation and data organization. What You Bring Prior bookkeeping experience or demonstrated exposure to bookkeeping processes is highly advantageous. Especially familiarity with tasks like data entry, reconciliation, or using systems such as Xero. A customer-centric mindset, with a knack for professionalism, clear communication, and attention to detail. Exceptional organizational skills, capacity to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workflow, and meet deadlines. Tech-savviness, comfortable with platform-based tools, and familiar or willing to learn accounting systems and MS Office suite (especially Excel and Outlook). A cooperative, supportive approach.
