Support Role for Global Leadership Team
This is a high-impact support role that helps drive efficiency and seamless operations for the ANZ-based Global Premium Leadership Team.
* You will own calendar management for senior leaders, aligning meetings with business rhythms.
* You will coordinate admin tasks such as expenses, leave approvals, and purchase orders.
* You will manage complex travel bookings and expenses, including support for a US-based leader.
* You will support and lead key project activities, including meeting coordination and follow-ups.
* You will deliver event support for key ANZ and EMEA marketing and sales events throughout the year.
