What You'll Be Doing
You'll play a key role in keeping the service department running smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
Service & Operational Support
• Assisting the Service Management team with the coordination and delivery of all service calls, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, contractual, and procedural requirements.
• Managing bookings and dispatching technicians, ensuring jobs are scheduled and completed efficiently.
• Supporting the issue and maintenance of company assets and associated documentation.
Administration & Compliance
• Creating job numbers in the financial system, raising invoices and purchase orders, and supporting the projects team with related administrative tasks.
• Providing high‑level administrative support to the Service Manager.
• Preparing and reviewing correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, charts, and other documentation.
• Maintaining accurate data entry and updating internal systems.
Team & Contractor Support
• Assisting with onboarding new contractors and employees, including inductions.
• Coordinating meetings, ensuring documentation and amenities are organised.
• Monitoring stock arrivals and advising managers as required.
• Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Taking ownership of allocated tasks, working independently, and meeting deadlines.

What You'll Bring

• 2–3 years of solid office administration experience in a fast‑paced environment.

• Strong MS Office skills and confidence navigating digital systems.
