As we look to expand our operations in QLD, we are currently seeking expressions of interest from experienced Maintenance Supervisors for positions at our current and potential future projects. We are open to employing people on any basis (Full-Time or Casual) and roster.
Reporting to the Project Leader and Maintenance Superintendent, you will be responsible for, but not limited to :
* Managing all site planned and unplanned maintenance
* Maintaining all maintenance parts and service parts stock levels
* Ensuring that maintenance is carried out correctly
* Planning maintenance and repairs with Production Superintendent
* Maintaining required maintenance records on site,
* Supervision and leadership of the maintenance work group
* Making sure that work is performed in an efficient and safe manner
* Being involved in continuous improvement initiatives
* Adhering to all Safety Procedures and Company Policies
* Ensuring machinery / equipment is kept up to OEM specifications and compliant to Site or Company Standards.
ESSENTIAL Skills and requirements include :
* Trade Certificate (Mechanical)
* Hand Tools
* Driver Licence
* High level of diagnostic skills and field service fault finding is highly regarded
* Ability to work autonomously and part of a team
* Excellent problem solving skills
* Computer literacy and experience using maintenance systems
* Safety first approach
* Leadership qualities and experience leading a team
DESIRABLE skills include :
* Heavy machinery maintenance experience
* Refrigerant Handling Licence
* Working at Heights
* S123 and G2 supervisory qualifications
