Job Description:
A challenging opportunity has arisen for a permanent full-time Operations Manager to join our team in Fremantle, Western Australia.
You will be responsible for managing the business for your port and driving quality and effectiveness in your operations, resources, and processes.
This role involves planning, delivering, and proactively achieving cost savings. You will ensure procedures relevant to operations, prefunding, approval processes, and account production are implemented and optimized.
As an Operations Manager, you will work independently in the office, in ports, and onboard vessels to coordinate and support your assigned port calls while being part of a team that is always ready to help each other.
