Key Responsibilities:
* Get involved in every aspect of nursery operations, from growing, potting, irrigation, and stock preparation to landscaping, dispatch, and merchandising.
* Ensure all nursery products are maintained and presented to a high standard.
* Develop excellent customer service skills, providing the best experience for our customers.
Apprenticeship Support: This role provides a perfect combination of practical experience and training through the Workplace Delivery Program with Bendigo TAFE.
