Key Responsibilities:

* Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on people management matters.
* Assist with local level workforce planning and work collaboratively with other functions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* An associate degree or diploma in Human Resources and/or relevant knowledge and experience.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A strong understanding of people management practices and procedures.
