This Monday to Saturday role (with a weekday off) offers the opportunity to support sales processes and manage key administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing administrative support throughout the sales process
* Managing vendor and buyer inquiries, and liaising with solicitors
* Performing real-time data entry in CRM systems
* Preparing for listing presentations and auction packs
* Ensuring compliance of sales documentation
* Coordinating with valuers, inspectors, council, and solicitors
* Arranging and preparing properties for photoshoots/styling
* Organizing and attending open home inspections
* Undertaking pre-settlement inspections

The Ideal Candidate:
* Certificate of Registration (COR) required
