Butchers of Gateway is expanding, and we're seeking a
Qualified Butcher Full time/Part time or Casual, Apprentice Butcher (1st to 4th year) to join our friendly, hardworking team in Langwarrin.
Each role plays an important part in ensuring we continue to deliver premium-quality meat products and exceptional customer service to our loyal customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform a wide range of butchery skills including cutting, trimming, boning, preparation and display
* Produce high-quality meat products with consistency and pride
* Provide friendly, knowledgeable advice to customers on products and cooking methods
* Maintain a clean, safe and well-presented work environment
* Uphold food safety and hygiene standards
* Support apprentices and contribute to a positive team culture (if experienced)
* Strong work ethic & attention to detail
* Flexible hours with weekend work available

* Professionally presented, good communication & customer service skills
* Ability to work alone and / or with a team
