We are looking to engage a skilled and enthusiastic **Test Manager **to join our Federal Government client!
Our client is seeking a Test Manager with 5+ years experience to join their agile project in a rapid-paced dynamic environment. Previous experience with testing in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) - (SAP to TechnologyOne or SAP to Aurion) is essential.
This is your chance to make a difference for our Federal Government client in this **12 month contract **with **an additional 12 months of** **extensions **offered.
**Australian Citizens with the ability to obtain a Baseline security clearance **will be considered for this role.
**The experience and skills for this role are**:
- Test Manager with strong skills and experience in complex systems, large scale agile projects including experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) projects and supporting data migration and system upgrades of TechnologyOne, SAP or Aurion Systems.
- Demonstrated strong leadership and management skills with proven ability to quickly earn the trust of team members and key stakeholders (internally and externally); set direction and approach; resolve conflict; and execute with limited information.
- Excellent inter-personnel skills with demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels (orally and written) with proven negotiation, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated experience in the design of business scenarios, development of test requirements, traceability matrix, scripts and delivery of Business Fit for Purpose and User Acceptance Testing.
