To better service ECU's changing technology needs and strategic goals, a minor digital works program has been initiated. The program is aimed at delivering numerous small-scale projects across all aspects of ECU, supporting ongoing changes required for compliance and business improvement. The minor digital works team operates multiple projects in varying stages with a variety of stakeholder groups.
About the Opportunity
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with a proven track record in business analysis and a passion for driving positive change to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of the minor digital works program.
About you
A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in the Information Technology sector. Demonstrated ability to effectively engage stakeholders and build positive relationship with diverse teams. Experience in working closely with stakeholders to extract, document, and prioritize business requirements across diverse projects, ensuring seamless alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Able to prioritise and focus activities around specific project scope and timeframe criteria. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, conveying complex information in a clear and concise manner. Proficiency in utilizing various business analysis tools and techniques to drive effective decision-making. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
