Job Description
Reporting to the FSDM Business Change Manager you will be part of the programme business change management team tasked with delivering the change interventions required to ensure successful transformation across ADF Careers.
The Business Change Lead will be responsible for developing and delivering the large-scale business change activities required to deliver a modernised ADF recruiting system. This role requires the ability to perform stakeholder and impact analysis, create and execute communication plans and support the change process through the development and execution of change communications, training and other collateral. We are seeking a proactive, experienced change professional who is committed to delivering key recruiting outcomes for the ADF.
You will:
* Support the planning and execution of change initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time and aligned with strategic direction of ADF and the transformation change strategy.
* Manage the change implementation schedule, ensuring dependencies and risks are managed effectively.
* Support change governance and portfolio change management reporting and insights
* Identify key stakeholders, ensuring clear engagement runways on their involvement and support throughout the change process.
* Coordinate and facilitate business stakeholder workshops to support requirements, design, impact assessment and planning activities.
* Conduct impact assessments through review of current and future state processes with business SMEs, to identify how changes will affect different roles inthe organisation.
* Develop and execute an engaging communications plan to improve awareness, build buy-in, prepare impacted stakeholders and support their change journey.
* Engage and work closely with a range of stakeholders including subject matter experts, project team and leadership to ensure alignment and support for change initiatives.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement across the program.

Your background will demonstrate:
* Experience in supporting large scale end-to-end transformation projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring of change within a complex program.
* Ability to pick up and run with an in-flight project and lead independently
* Experience coordinating and working closely with Training and Communications in delivery
* Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change and ensure successful implementation of transformation initiatives.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels and align and articulate program purpose and direction.
* Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to navigate large and complex environments.
* 5+ years’ experience of similar experience in delivering and implementing change management for complex programs.
* Tertiary qualifications or relevant experience in change management or change management certification (e.g. PROSCI) is preferable.
