The Body Shop Australia is currently recruiting for a Casual Beauty Advisor in Morayfield.
Role summary: To support the store management team in driving sales and profit within the store through the delivery of exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times.
Responsibilities
The Beauty Advisor will learn customer needs and recommend products that make them feel good.
Uphold the values and vision of The Body Shop while adhering to company procedures and policies.
Offer expert advice on products and the brand philosophy.
What we look for
Previous retail experience is preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers
A team player open to daily coaching/feedback from Store and Assistant Manager
A genuine passion for beauty and retail
Confident in reaching store targets and sales
Active contributor to a joyful, agile, tenacious and optimistic team member
Availability Monday through Sunday
