Our business has expanded to include womens health care products, children's products and women's wellness services. Our marketing services are utilising establised online marketing companies and we are looking for an onsite marketing assistant to coordinate the multiple marketing campaigns.

Job Review:
As Assistant Marketing Manager, you'll work closely with the Clinical Director and external consultants to build brand visibility, drive patient engagement, and support the growth of multiple women's health brands.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Work with already established professional digital marketing agencies involved with the above brands.
* Assisting in the development and rollout of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media
* Creating content for websites, newsletters, and patient communication
* Coordinating social media presence, including scheduling, content planning, and analytics
* Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance, website traffic, and audience engagement
* Supporting partnerships with referrers, GPs, fertility clinics, and hospitals
* Managing patient feedback, testimonials, and reputation building activities
* Working with graphic designers, agencies, and internal teams to maintain consistent branding
* Assisting in community outreach, marketing events, and educational initiatives
What We're Looking For
You're creative, organised, and passionate about making a difference in healthcare.
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
* 2–3+ years' experience in marketing, ideally in healthcare, wellness, or a service-based industry
* A strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and basic design principles
* Excellent written communication and storytelling skills
* Confidence using platforms like Mailchimp, Canva, WordPress, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics
* Strong time management and the ability to work both independently and as part of a small, collaborative team
* A natural ability to communicate with empathy, clarity, and purpose
* Availability to travel for marketing events and flexibility in working hours
