The Role
This is a permanent full-time position commencing Term 3, 2026.

Key responsibilities include:
* Providing educational leadership and shaping the school's identity through the promotion of values, ethos, and priorities.
* Championing collaboration among staff, volunteers, and community members to share ownership of the school's vision.
* Strategically managing change, facilitating acceptance, and identifying opportunities for improved service delivery.
* Overseeing school operations, including delivery of the School Plan, decision‐making, policy development, and establishing systems aligned with the school's objectives.
* Providing strategic direction for staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement in professional performance.
* Managing staff wellbeing and student wellbeing, including responsibility for timetabling where appropriate.
* Delivering inclusive learning support responsive to diverse and challenging student needs, utilising trauma‐informed practices such as the Berry Street Education Model.
