At River 94.9 we're looking for a Promotions Coordinator to join our high performing team. This role is high energy, supporting activations, promotions and competitions that entertain our listeners in the local community.
About the role:
* Support the planning, coordination and delivery of promotions, campaigns, and activations from concept through to completion.
* Assist with briefing, project management and post-campaign reporting to ensure smooth execution and strong results are achieved.
* Manage run sheets, logistics and on-the-day delivery for activations and events.
* Coordinate campaign assets, content and go-to-market activity across on-air, digital and social platforms.
* Liaise professionally with clients, account managers and internal teams, acting as a positive brand ambassador.
* Contribute to campaign ideas and brainstorming, bringing insights from past promotions.
* Assist with sourcing prizing, purchasing collateral, and managing campaign budgets.
* Maintain campaign tracking, data and reporting systems.
* Support on-ground activations including event set-up, pack-down and live crosses when required.

Knowledge & Experience:
* Highly proficient in Microsoft 365 suite required
* Bachelor's degree (or currently undertaking) in media, communications or promotions is desirable
* Experience in media, events, administration is desirable
