Your everyday tasks are but not limited to:
- Global Product Impact: Shape and enhance Overseas Visitors products and value propositions, from development to performance, encompassing multilingual communications and 24/7 support.
- Innovate for the Future: Lead the evolution of the International CVP, blending health system insights, market trends, and enhanced customer experiences.
- Premium Optimisation: Drive the annual Premium Review for international products, ensuring competitive and compelling offerings.
- Strategic Impact: Collaborate with Marketing and International Partnerships teams, crafting impactful marketing strategies and campaigns for the global market.
- Regulatory Insight: Influence discussions with government departments regarding changes in legislation for overseas visitors' visa types, encompassing compliance and minimum requirements
- Performance Champion: Maintain a robust analytical framework, fostering continuous improvements in Overseas Visitors product performance
- On-the-Ground Impact: Participate in broker/agent events and local conferences, supporting sales efforts to expand our reach and customer base.

The key skills and experience required to ensure success in this role:
- Seasoned Expertise: Bring 3-5 years of valuable experience in product or customer channel management within health insurance, general insurance, or financial services (preferred).
- Global Insight: Previous involvement in the International market, particularly inpatriate or expatriate domains, is a distinct advantage.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Showcase your knack for entrepreneurial thinking, coupled with prowess in commercial strategy, networking, and perceptive analysis.
