Latrobe Regional Health (LRH) is looking for a Senior Clinician to join our growing team on a full-time basis.
This is a key leadership role responsible for the delivery of high-quality, recovery-oriented clinical care in partnership with Wellways and our broader mental health services.
PARCS provides short-term, community-based residential support for people experiencing mental health challenges, offering an alternative to inpatient admission or a step-down from acute services.
As Senior Clinician, you will play a pivotal role in supporting consumers through pre- and post-acute interventions, strengthening self-management, relapse prevention and rehabilitation.
About the Role
You will provide senior clinical leadership and ensure best practice service delivery across PARCS by:
* Delivering and overseeing evidence-based, recovery-focused clinical care
* Leading clinical reviews and promoting excellence in documentation standards
* Supporting service innovation and continuous quality improvement
* Providing clinical supervision and fostering professional development
* Building strong partnerships with consumers, carers, health services and community agencies
* Supporting data integrity, compliance, and reporting against key performance indicators
* Promoting a safe, culturally responsive and inclusive service environment
You will contribute to strategic planning and ensure service delivery aligns with legislative requirements, national standards and LRH policies, including the Victorian Mental Health and Wellbeing Act 2022 and NSQHS standards.

About you
You are a motivated and experienced senior clinician who demonstrates:

* Sound contemporary clinical skills and senior leadership experience
* Exceptional communication, collaboration and negotiation abilities
* A high level of professionalism, integrity and compassion
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capability in complex environments
* A passion for service development, quality improvement and innovation
Essential Qualifications
You must hold one of the following:
* Registered Nurse Division 1 with post-basic mental health qualification (AHPRA), or
* Degree in Social Work eligible for AASW membership, or
* Degree in Psychology with AHPRA eligibility, or
* Degree in Occupational Therapy with AHPRA registration

* A current Victorian Driver's Licence
