This role is offered on a full-time basis and is based in Karratha.
The roster is Monday to Friday.ResponsibilitiesProvide high-level administrative support to operational teamsAnswer incoming phone calls and direct enquiries professionallyPerform front desk and receptionist duties, including greeting visitorsRaise and process purchase orders and assist with basic accounts-related tasksMaintain accurate records, filing, and data entryAssist with document preparation, reports, and internal communicationsSupport with scheduling, logistics, and other general office administration tasksQualificationsPrevious administration experience, including receptionist duties and phone handlingExperience with purchase orders and basic accounts tasksProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong attention to detail and organisational skillsA team player with a strong work ethic and commitment to safetyRespect for cultural values and the local community
