About Your Role

Harrison.ai is experiencing rapid global growth and we're seeking a commercially astute Account Executive to drive expansion and sales strategies across key territories (VIC, TAS, SA, NT, WA). You will design and execute territory plans, drive solution sales through direct engagement and channel partnerships, and consistently grow market share and profitability.

What You Do

* Create and implement strategic sales and marketing plans that achieve business objectives.
* Execute full business development and sales cycles from initial presentation to deal closing.
* Project expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with key clients, negotiating major contracts.
* Provide strategic input for navigating the market.
* Deliver a detailed regional market plan for AI solutions penetration.
* Liaise with product teams to provide market feedback.
* Maintain a qualified pipeline and exceed booking targets within the region.
* Meet customers frequently to promote capabilities, obtain feedback, and measure progress.
* Work closely with leadership to develop plans and monthly sales measures.
* Assist the Regional Director in crafting documented strategy for the region.
* Maintain accurate opportunity information in Salesforce Sales Cloud and forecast sales.
* Provide activity reports and assist in regional sales calls with the Regional Director.
* Generate sales proposals and customer quotations through Harrison.ai processes.
* Work with local teams to develop trade‐show messaging and ensure appropriate attendance and customer feedback.

What You Bring

* 5‐10 years of proven experience selling SaaS solutions in complex/consultative environments; public‐sector, healthcare, or radiology experience highly desirable.
* Knowledge of procurement channels in public health networks and government purchasing frameworks.
* Strong experience executing the full business development and sales cycle.
* Customer‐facing professionalism with active listening, insightful questioning, and stakeholder consensus building.
* Experience in regulated, compliance‐driven sales environments.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills at all organizational levels.
* Ready for frequent travel across the region (up to 50%).
