A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar IT infrastructure or support role.
Third-level qualification in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline (desirable).
Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail and customer service focus.
Experience with cabling projects and other hands-on physical IT tasks.
Technical expertise across:
* Backup Technologies: Veeam, Spanning
* Security: SOC/SIEM (Barracuda Skout)
* Telephony: Teams, RingCentral
* Networking: Fortinet, Aruba
Skills in project management and service management.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Strong communication, resilience under pressure, and ability to work autonomously with a growth mindset.
Your Responsibilities
Provide Level 1, 2, and 3 support to 270 end users across multiple sites.
Act as lead technical resource for internal IT improvement projects.
Manage third-party vendors to successfully deliver new IT services.
Administer and maintain existing IT infrastructure and systems.
Proactively suggest and implement improvements to enhance IT service delivery.
Drive continuous improvement across all IT infrastructure tools and services.
