Job Title: Senior Administrative Support Lead
The Administration Officer - Functional Lead role is responsible for providing guidance and support to the Administration Officers within the Admin Planning Team.
About the Role
This position requires an experienced administration professional who can provide high-level administrative support to the team. Key responsibilities include:
* Management of the Administration Officers in the Admin Planning Team
* Work order creation and management through to completion
* Customer Request Management (CRM) handling
* Management of standpipes
* Other miscellaneous tasks
The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role, excellent customer service skills, and proficiency in council products including CES/Property and Rating/, CI Anywhere/. They will also be able to undertake duties in various council work locations and teams throughout the Infrastructure and Operations Division as required.
Key Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. Substantial experience in an administration role, supporting a multi-disciplinary team
2. Demonstrated expertise in an administrative, financial, legal or analytical discipline
3. Experience developing the skills and knowledge of others within a team environment
4. Demonstrated excellent customer service skills
5. Qualifications commensurate with Certificate IV in Business or similar competency
