Recruit Personnel is partnering with a respected allied health provider in the Newcastle area to source a passionate and experienced Psychologistto join their growing team.

The service supports individuals across a broad spectrum of needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, mental health conditions, and complex trauma, with a strong emphasis on personalised therapeutic outcomes.
As a Psychologist, you will play a vital role in providing therapeutic support through comprehensive assessments, personalised treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions. You will work closely with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic, client-centered care.

Essential Criteria:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and current registration with AHPRA
Proven experience conducting psychological assessments and delivering evidence-based therapy OR at the final stages of your provisional period as a Psychologist
Experience working within the community and under the NDIS
Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with diverse clients
Full driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
Salary range: $100K-$140K pending experience
