Role Description

This is a full-time remote role, with expectations of regular travel across client venues, for a Hospitality Specialist. We're looking for a Sales & Client Success Manager who thrives on building meaningful partnerships with hospitality businesses and has a passion for SaaS based technology. Someone who understands the realities of running venues, enjoys solving operational challenges and can translate data and procurement insights into real commercial value for clients. As a key member of our Business Development and Client Success team, you will own relationships with a portfolio of hospitality clients, helping them maximise the value of the My Local Foodie platform driving both client new client acquisitions and retention.

Qualifications

* Minimum 5 year's experience in account management, client success, hospitality operations or cheffing.
* Strong relationship building skills with the ability to engage chefs, venue managers and hospitality owners.
* Commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities that deliver value for clients and drive business growth.
* Confidence analysing operational or purchasing data to uncover insights and recommend practical improvements.
* Proven ability to manage a pipeline of opportunities and convert prospects into long term clients.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, from kitchen floor conversations to executive level business reviews.
* High level of organisation with the ability to manage multiple client relationships and priorities.
* Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce and strong Microsoft 365 skills.
* Curiosity, initiative and a proactive approach to solving client challenges.
* A genuine passion for hospitality, food and the people behind great venues
