As a Speech Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to grow in your chosen clinical pathway, guided by experienced clinicians across a variety of areas: Early Childhood Pathway : Support young children and families using play-based, strengths-focused approaches, under the guidance of experienced early intervention clinicians. Autism Assessment & Support Pathway : Deliver neuro-affirming, evidence-based assessments for Autistic children, learning from clinicians passionate about identity-affirming care and family partnership. Paediatric Feeding : Gain mentorship in feeding therapy, including medically complex cases and responsive mealtime support for families. Adult Services Pathway : Receive supervision and training across adult clinical needs—from aged care to community-based communication and swallowing support.
