We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the activities of our construction supervisors, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
----------------------------------- Main Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate the work schedules and materials requirements of our construction supervisors
• Assist in the preparation and submission of tenders and estimates for new projects
• Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather and verify cost data for accurate estimating
• Monitor key milestones and job stage profitability against budgets and schedules
• Support pre and post-tender negotiations and variations
• Use problem-solving skills to quickly resolve operational issues and keep projects on track
• Liaise closely with the operational team and clients to ensure projects are properly scoped, prepared, and scheduled
• Monitor staff and workflow operations

• Experience in plumbing operations management or a related field
• Strong management and communication skills with the ability to mentor and motivate teams to achieve goals
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting plans, specifications, and technical drawings
• Excellent negotiation skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Proactive and results-oriented approach to business development including identifying growth opportunities
• High computer literacy and ability to learn new systems and estimating platforms
