As a Senior Sales Advisor (Closer), you will run high-trust strategy sessions with ambitious 6–8 figure founders, identify their scaling constraints, and solve for them by enrolling them into our flagship $25K–$75K+ programs.
You’ll be closing warm, qualified inbound leads booked for you by our experienced Setters, sourced from content, referrals, webinars, and media. With uncapped commissions and a proven framework for success, this role gives you a direct path to multi-6 figure earnings.

What You Will Do:
- Run Zoom-based enrollment conversations with high-caliber founder prospects
- Execute a structured sales process proven to achieve 50%+ conversions
- Consistently achieve 40–50%+ close rates on calls
- Manage pipeline with precision: clean CRM hygiene, disciplined follow-up, accurate forecasting
- Collaborate with Setters and Coaching staff to maximize conversion
What You Will Bring:
- 3+ years closing high-ticket offers in coaching, consulting, masterminds, or qualified services
- Proven ability to close $25K–$75K+ programs with authority and trust
- Elite objection handling and consultative selling skills
- Strong presence on Zoom and phone, able to build trust fast with 6–8 figure founders
- Values-driven, coachable, emotionally intelligent, relentless in execution
