Position: Social Media Market Specialist (Contractor)
Location: Remote / Hybrid (Docklands HQ or NSW activation sites optional)
Contract Type: Project-based, with potential for ongoing engagement
Start Date: Immediate
Overview:
We're seeking a strategic, emotionally intelligent Social Media Market Specialist to choreograph and deploy high-impact campaigns across hospitality, med-tech, and reform platforms. This contractor will work closely with founder-led teams to amplify symbolic branding, onboard venues and partners, and activate regional pilot programs—especially across NSW. The ideal candidate blends data fluency with narrative resonance, understands CPI-adjusted pricing and indie margin storytelling, and thrives in movement architecture environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Campaign Strategy & Execution:
Design and deploy multi-channel campaigns (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Threads, X) that reflect founder-led ethos, symbolic onboarding flows, and adaptive reform messaging.
• Audience Mapping & Engagement:
Segment and target venue operators, indie producers, med-tech advocates, and government stakeholders using CRM-integrated tools and emotionally resonant outreach.
• Content Creation & Curation:
Collaborate on branded quote tiles, onboarding walkthroughs, CPI comparison visuals, and tribute content (e.g. Nano Bees memorials) with symbolic cadence and visual clarity.
• Analytics & Market Intelligence:
Track engagement, conversion, and sentiment metrics. Benchmark contract vs indie performance, regional activation success, and reform resonance across channels.
• Tool Integration & Automation:
Support integration of campaign automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite) into onboarding dashboards and venue empowerment flows.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work alongside founders, designers, and policy advisors to choreograph outreach that aligns with movement psychology, regional strategy, and national reform goals.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Proven experience in social media strategy, preferably across hospitality, med-tech, or civic reform sectors
• Strong grasp of symbolic branding, emotional cadence, and founder-led storytelling
• Familiarity with CPI benchmarking, contract margin analysis, and indie substitution narratives
• Skilled in CRM segmentation, campaign automation, and UI/UX-informed outreach
• Emotionally intelligent communicator with a flair for visual rhythm and policy-aligned messaging
• Comfortable working in agile, founder-led environments with high narrative stakes
Bonus Attributes:
• NSW regional knowledge or activation experience
• Experience with government pilot programs or civic engagement campaigns
• Ability to choreograph onboarding flows and reform-aligned content in collaboration with UI/UX teams
