 
        
        The role of Clinical Governance and Education Lead is pivotal in driving the strategic vision of Montefiore. This involves the development and implementation of clinical education programs and innovative practice initiatives that promote high-quality, evidence-based care.

Key Responsibilities
 * Champion continuous learning to enhance clinical excellence and foster system-wide improvement while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and best practice models.
 * Lead, support, and educate staff on clinical topics to promote a culture of learning and development, and facilitate collaboration with stakeholders.
 * Work closely with clinical leaders to address clinical risks by improving clinical systems and processes through education and training, as well as oversee safe medication management.
Additionally, the successful candidate will support regulatory compliance and sound clinical governance and collaborate with the Learning and Development department to implement the clinical education strategic plan.
Qualifications and Skills
 * Current registration with AHPRA.
 * Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent.
 * Minimum 5 years post graduate clinical experience within aged care.
 * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a trainer/educator.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate effective leadership skills, excellent clinical decision making, critical thinking, and well-developed written and verbal communication skills to enable collaborative working relationships.
