As Training Business Partner, you’ll lead the day-to-day delivery and continuous improvement of training programs that ensure our teams are safe, skilled, and compliant. You'll work across operations, P&C, QA, and WHS, embedding high standards and helping future proof our workforce. Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, this is your opportunity to shape culture through capability.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee delivery of induction, on-site & external trainingMaintain compliance with WHS, QA & audit requirementsLead system transitions and digital learning programsCollaborate with stakeholders across all site functionsManage training records, data, and reporting systemsSkills and Experiences:About YouYou bring strong leadership in training and development, ideally in a manufacturing or processing environment.
