Labourer/Assistant – Metalwork Industry
Loganholme | Casual with view to full time
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the powder coating & sandblasting department
* Forklift operation (if licensed)
* Packing and preparing final products for dispatch
* Using hand and power tools
* Cutting steel and general metalwork assistance
* Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the workspace
* Assisting install team on site if required
About You:
The ideal candidate has experience in site installation/site labouring, metal fabrication, or powder coating. Exposure to CNC metalwork machinery is highly regarded.
Key Requirements:
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or metalwork environment
* Physically fit and able to handle the demands of a fast-paced workplace
* Attention to detail and strong work ethic
* Reliable, honest, and proactive
* White Card (construction induction card) required
* Manual Driver's License highly regarded
* Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
* Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn

Pay: $32.00 – $35.00 per hour
