About the Role We are looking for a dynamic
Lead Data Consultant
who is a recognized expert in their field across the broader industry. You will play a key role in shaping and delivering modern data platforms that power advanced analytics and AI outcomes. You will lead the end‑to‑end journey—architecting, designing, developing, testing and delivering innovative, scalable data solutions—while working on complex, high‑impact initiatives for leading organizations.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Oversee the end‑to‑end delivery, design, and development of Microsoft Fabric–based modern data platform architecture and AI solutions.
Provide technical input, design and develop smaller solutions and undertake complex or significant development activities within larger projects.
Mentor and guide junior AI & Data team members.
Assist in building the Fujitsu AI & Data practice, capabilities and offerings.
Assist with pre‑sales scoping, shaping opportunities, and developing proposals and presenting to clients.
Identify and communicate opportunities for follow‑on business.
Stay up to date with relevant technological change and obtain certifications in skills used within the Fujitsu AI & Data team as agreed with your mentor.
Requirements
Deep expertise in one or more of:
Data ingestion
Stream analytics
Microsoft Fabric / Data warehousing
Python
Power BI / Power Apps
Agile/Scrum
Knowledge and experience of Azure/AWS cloud and
Microsoft Fabric
Good understanding of data warehousing/modern data platforms
Outstanding technical skills ensuring delivery of value from underlying technology
Experience leading internal and/or external teams
Ability to manage iterations, scope, priorities, stakeholders, risks, issues and timelines
Form trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders and customers
Front‑end and software engineering skills—PHP, Angular, React, etc.
