Director I Innovation I People Leader I Advisor I Strategy & Design The Role Our client, a leading industry association, is seeking a dynamic and experienced GTO Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of their Apprenticeship Services department. This role is critical to the strategic growth, operational excellence, and compliance of their Group Training Organisation (GTO), and plays a key role in apprentice recruitment, host employer engagement, and safety management.
Key Responsibilities Drive strategic and operational planning for the Apprenticeship Services department Oversee apprentice/trainee recruitment, placement, safety, coaching, and retention Lead host employer sales initiatives and relationship management Ensure compliance with all GTO and WHS legislation and regulations Manage budgets, reporting, funding applications, and contractual obligations Lead and develop a high-performing team Maintain CRM and ensure accurate documentation and reporting Build partnerships with key stakeholders including TAFE, Department of Education, and Training Services NSW About You You're a results-driven leader with a passion for vocational education, youth employment, and building strong industry relationships.
