Here are some responsibilities you will have:
* Develop and implement HR strategies to make us the best
* Support our Talent Manager with recruitment, selection processes, and internal mobility
* Manage employee relations, grievances, and other HR-related issues (not create them)
* Maintain compensation and benefits programs
* Identify and address training needs, overseeing training programs
* Provide decision support to Leadership through HR metrics
* Support Leaders to lead
What is important for success here:

* Positive communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
* Punctuality, collaboration, and work ethic
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management or related field
* Minimum 3 years' experience in an HR Leadership role (could be standalone), ideally in a fast-paced environment
* Extensive knowledge of HR principles, employment legislation, and best practices
* Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant software applications
* Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, evolving work environment
* Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
* Clear Police & Credit Report (Mandatory)
Please note that this is a full-time on-site role; work from home arrangements are not considered during probation. Successful candidates must be prepared to work exclusively from the office (moving soon to Cremorne).
