About the Role
100% Work from Home. We are recruiting for an experienced file processor with exceptional attention to detail who understands the claim process post-assessment, including handling reports, invoicing and data entry across multiple systems. The ability to think outside the box and ensure a seamless experience for our clients is essential.
You will be responsible for the daily processing of invoices, assessment report reconciliation and data duplication. You will be part of an engaged team, who are focused on providing strong customer service, on time, every time.
Responsibilities
- Invoice and report reconciliation
- Data duplication to third party systems
- Telephone liaising with various stakeholders (insurers/assessors etc.)
- Utilise systems to effectively and efficiently manage portfolio workflow (e.g. activities requiring action, diary management prompts)
- Data entry for new claim lodgement
Skills & Experience
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Data entry, invoicing and/or report reconciliation experience
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact in a diverse environment
- Previous experience using multiple systems
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Demonstrated time management skills in a fast-paced environment
Advantageous
- Motor insurance experience
- Heavy motor industry knowledge highly desirable
- Ability to rapidly adapt to seasonal workflow
Remuneration
Hourly Rate reflective of experience + Super
