About the Role
The Junior Receptionist will be responsible for greeting clients and staff, answering and transferring telephone calls, taking detailed messages, electronically distributing faxes, distributing incoming and preparing outgoing mail, setting up and preparing meeting rooms for the day, organising, cleaning and maintaining the staff kitchen, assisting with catering, stationery and IT requirements, and general administrative duties.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing exceptional support and confidentiality to our office and clients
* Utilising excellent communication skills to greet clients and staff
* Maintaining accurate records and managing competing priorities
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The working hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
