The Opportunity
As a Business Manager, you'll lead multiple sites across the Goulburn region, including outreach locations (Moss Vale, Yass, Braidwood, Bowral and Picton).
This is a hands-on leadership role where your ability to motivate teams, manage performance, and build strong local partnerships will directly improve employment outcomes for people who need it most.
What You'll Be Doing
* Lead, coach and inspire a passionate team of x5 Employment Mentors
* Drive site performance, outcomes, and service quality
* Build strong relationships with local employers and community partners
* Manage day-to-day operations, resourcing, and caseload capacity
* Implement strategies that deliver sustainable employment outcomes
* Create an inclusive, supportive, and high-performing team culture
What We're Looking For
We're open to leaders from Retail, Hospitality, Customer Service, Operations, or similar people-focused environments.
You'll bring:
* Proven experience leading teams and achieving KPIs
* Confidence managing competing priorities and resolving challenges
* Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
* A people-first leadership style with integrity and empathy
* A genuine passion for helping others succeed
** No employment services experience required—full training and ongoing support provided.

Must-Haves

* Current driver's licence
* Intermediate computer skills (MS Office)
* Relevant qualifications are advantageous but not essential
