About the role As a Team Assistant at Bentleys, your role is integral in supporting three Partners and their team of Accountants. Ideally, you will thrive in a fast paced environment, where you will deliver high quality and efficient administrative outcomes. This position will suit a proactive and self-motivated Team Assistant who can take initiative and really run with the role to make it their own. Responsibilities include: Scheduling meetings Managing daily correspondence with clients and other external parties Management of ATO, ASIC, etc. correspondence and applications Liaising with the Australian Taxation Office regarding client queries Raising invoices Drafting engagement contracts Arranging establishment of client entities Scanning and electronic filing of documents Ensuring client files are kept up to date and compliant Collating tax returns and financials Printing reports when required Getting documentation prepared for meetings Ad-hoc administrative duties as required About You We envisage that our successful candidate will have a minimum of 18 months' experience in a similar role preferably within a professional services firm.
