This role serves as a key point of contact for employees, providing guidance on HR matters and helping to foster a positive and productive work environment. The HR Officer will also support general office administration, facilities and assist with communication matters when necessary, ensuring communication is clear, timely, and aligned with company standards.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition, work through end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interview and coordination with hiring managers.Employee Onboarding & Offboarding, assist with end-to-end process.Serve as a point of contact for local employees.Promote a positive workplace environment through consistent policy application.Assist with Performance and Appraisals.Policy & Compliance, monitor adherence to the internal policies and local labour laws.Support documentation for audits or legal compliance requirements.Assist in compiling data and reports for talent reviews or progression tracking.Assist with general administrative tasks, facilities coordination, or events support.Liaise with external vendors for HR-related services (e.g., health checks, insurances).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to finding and implementing solutions.QualificationsA Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role.SkillsStrong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations and compliance.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to work under pressure and handle crisis situations effectively.What are we offering?You will be joining a diverse, professional team where continual development and international career opportunities are available.Do you have an entrepreneur mindset?
