Job Title: Administrative Support Assistant
We are seeking a well-presented, motivated and detail-oriented administrative support assistant to join our team. This is a full-time position with some flexibility that will support our growing operations through various administrative duties.
* Providing general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping tasks.
* Assisting with the coordination of meetings, appointments, and schedules for office management.
* Handling incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional manner.
* Ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
* Performing ad-hoc administrative tasks as required to maintain efficiency.
* Sending accounts and managing debtors to ensure timely payments.
* Developing skills to perform supervised paralegal work, including drafting documents and assisting with conveyancing and deceased estate administration.
