Marketing Manager Position
The role of Marketing Manager involves driving commercial return by anchoring the core brand position and targeting core audiences.
* Maximise brand awareness and engagement with relevant audiences across Australia and New Zealand.
* Connect brand position with customers to drive commercial goals.

* Submit entries to relevant marketing and product awards.
Brand Communications & Channel Planning
Develop fit-for-purpose brand communications to connect, engage, convert and retain target audiences.
* Experience in developing communications across all formats, including print, video, podcast, website, digital, social, emails, and expos.
* Build strong relationships with creative, digital, video, and other tactical marketing agencies.
* Activate CRM direct with new parents through automated marketing conversations.
Analytics, Reporting & Budgeting
Establish analytics and reporting metrics across the marketing function.
* Manage dashboards of analytics to inform strategic marketing decisions.
* Analyse market and customer insights to inform future marketing strategies.
Requirements
Mid-Senior level experience in marketing and sales.
