As a result of strong business growth we now have an exciting opportunity for a full-time, permanent Digital & Marketing Manager. This is a remote role and will include travel to both Baywood and customer sites. Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager, this role is perfect for someone who’s hands-on, strategic and passionate about digital storytelling. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver Baywood’s digital marketing strategy across all channels.
• Lead content creation: photography, videography (including drone footage), and digital media for web, social, and print.
• Manage and grow our social media presence, driving engagement and generating new business leads.
• Create marketing content — flyers, product guides, customer packs, and promotional materials.
• Ensure brand consistency and innovation across all marketing platforms using the Baywood Style Guide.
• Support product launches, retail promotions and employer branding initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver creative solutions.
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Analyse digital performance and adapt strategies for maximum impact.
About You:
• Is bursting with creativity, ideas, and a passion for branding and digital marketing.
• Loves working autonomously, managing multiple projects, and seeing things through from concept to delivery.
• Is hands-on with content creation, social media management, and digital campaigns.
• Is skilled in photography, videography, drone operation, and editing software (Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or similar).
• Communicates clearly, translating technical or industry content into engaging visuals and copy.
• Brings energy, initiative, and pride to everything you do has experience in construction, manufacturing, retail/wholesale, or similar industries (advantageous).
What You’ll Need:
• Degree or formal qualification in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or similar (preferred).
• Drone accreditation/licensing (advantageous).
• Demonstrated experience in marketing, digital, or content-focused roles.
• Experience creating branded materials for digital and print.
• Strong editing and design skills.
• Understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
