Job Opportunity: Front Office Receptionist
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Office Receptionist.
About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and is looking for a dynamic and varied role within a fast-paced environment.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for managing check-in and check-out processes, including handling after-hours phone calls.
* They will also be required to lock up resort areas, such as the swimming pool, and manage after-hours bookings.
* In addition, they will provide support with general enquiries and requests from guests.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage guest interactions at the front desk, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
2. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments and other payment methods.
3. Coordinate room assignments, key distribution and other related tasks.
4. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
5. Liaise with other departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will need:
* A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
* Previous experience in a reception or hospitality role would be highly desirable.
* Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
* Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A high level of attention to detail and organisational skills.
