The Role
: As the Coordinator of our OSHC program, you will play a pivotal role in leading our team of passionate educators. You will have the opportunity to shape the direction of the program, develop innovative activities, and build strong relationships with children, families, and the community.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide dynamic leadership to our team of educators, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence.
2. Develop and implement engaging and diverse programs that cater to the interests and needs of the children in our care.
3. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, maintaining a safe and inclusive environment.
4. Build strong partnerships with parents, schools, and community organizations.
5. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the OSHC program, including staff scheduling, budget management, and administrative tasks.

Qualifications:
14. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or related field.
15. Significant experience working in a leadership role in an OSHC or similar setting.
16. Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education.
17. Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
18. Current First Aid and CPR certifications (or willingness to obtain).
