Overview
Retail Manager - Global High Volume Brand - Sunshine Coast at Retail FX. We are seeking a Retail Store Manager on the Sunshine Coast to lead a high-volume store, manage a team of up to 10 employees, and drive sales through merchandising, store appearance, stock management, excellent customer service and effective store operations. This is a hands-on role and you will be a key player in maintaining our company\'s reputation for excellence within the local community while continually growing and developing your team.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a high-volume store with up to 10 employees
Drive sales through merchandising, stock management, and effective store operations
Maintain exceptional customer service and store presentation
Mentor and develop store staff to achieve targets
Collaborate with senior management to uphold brand standards
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or Assistant Manager in high-volume retail
Excellent people leadership and communication
Strong stock management and merchandising skills
Ability to motivate a team to achieve sales targets
Understanding of retail operations and management
Passion for exceptional customer service
