The role involves leading a large team of authorised officers across multiple regions, providing high-level strategic operational advice on attendance and enrolment programs to key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a large team of experienced professionals
* Develop, implement and manage programs, projects and strategies to enhance school attendance and hold parents accountable
* Collaborate with senior executives and government officials to achieve organisational objectives
Responsibilities will include developing and implementing policies, procedures and guidelines to improve student attendance, as well as collaborating with schools and other stakeholders to promote best practice.
As the successful candidate, you will be an accomplished leader with strong strategic planning skills and experience in managing teams. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
