Are you passionate about hospitality and love creating memorable customer experiences? We're on the lookout for energetic, reliable individuals to join our team as Food & Beverage / Gaming Attendants. Whether you're serving up drinks with a smile or providing friendly, professional service in our gaming area, no two shifts are ever the same. Availability for late nights and weekends is a must.
A day in the life of a Food & Beverage Attendant:
Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that our guests won't forget
Let our guests know about our ALH Loyalty Programs and their benefits and product offerings
Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, centred around safety and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) compliance
What we need from you
You are great with people, detail and communication and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and teammates
You have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends
You must hold a current RSA and RCG certificate
You'll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people
