Description Reporting to the Recruitment Manager your duties will include but are not limited to: End-to-end recruitment of various blue collar roles Ad writing and posting to multiple job boards Phone screens and coordinating face to face interviews Raising employment contracts ready to issue Reference checking and ticket / qualification verification Processing applications through to issuing rejection notifications Other ad hoc duties as directed Profile As an ideal applicant, you will have: Previous experience in a high-volume recruitment role Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office Suite e.g., Excel, Word, and Outlook Ability to work within a team and autonomously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and work to conflicting deadlines Confident and strong interpersonal skills Outstanding organisation and attention to detail Opportunity Competitive rate Southern suburbs Immediate start Supportive and friendly team If you’re well suited to the opportunity, we’d love to hear from you.
