Position profile: Senior ICT Field Support Officer – a senior level role providing high-level IT and communications support and advice to clients. The role involves coordinating day-to-day ICT support functions, including task assignment, incident escalation and resolution, and queue management. The officer will also develop and maintain clinical and business information systems to support operational and strategic needs within the region.
