HR Business Partner
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead and support HR operational and strategic activities.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develops and executes the overarching people plan for the client group in consultation with Leaders.
* Coordinates and executes workforce planning activities, including:
* Planning medium- and long-term resource needs in line with operational requirements
* Managing and executing succession and development plans for top talent
* Supporting recruitment activities in line with the headcount budget
* Reviews HR metrics, and Identifies people related trends in order to implement appropriate strategies to minimise risk within the portfolio
* Develops and executes plans to meet KPIs related to diversity and inclusion within the portfolio
* Supports the delivery of cyclical HR activities such as the annual performance review process
* Conducts detailed workplace investigations
* Coordinates disciplinary and performance matters with Leaders
* Interprets relevant Awards, Industrial Agreements, legislation, policies, and procedures.
* Provides support with union right of entries
* Oversees the recruitment and selection of key roles within portfolio, including onboarding and preparing employment packages for new employees
* Manages visa applications when required
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management or equivalent
* Extensive experience in a HR generalist role (minimum 5 years) in the resources sector
* Strong exposure to operational HR activities, including extensive experience with workplace investigations
* Ability to influence, negotiate and build strong relationships
* Demonstrated experience with industrial instruments
* Highly developed problem-solving skills paired with a high attention to detail, time management and organisational skills
* Experience with SuccessFactors (preferred)
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate insights from HR metrics to inform business decision making
* Advanced skills in the MS Office suite in particular Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
